All Orders are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
You may return most items sold by thefinewinelife.com within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, Log into My Account to notify us of your problem or to obtain an RA number. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account can take up to two billing cycles.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Special Order or personalized Items such as credenzas or monogrammed glasses.
Food Service Disposable items, such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
Any type of aerosol cans.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.
Additionally, if damaged in shipment you must file a claim with the shipper within 48 hours. For information regarding damaged shipments please go to UPS.com and put in your shipment number. |
